Balancing the Chakras is a wonderful workshop to explore the chakras, what they are and what they do. This will be the perfect mix of discussion, asana, relaxation, and meditation.

Join Christine at Cuppa Culture for a unique meditation and creative experience. We will enjoy some fabulous tea, and share a loving-kindness guided meditation. During the meditation, we will (with our eyes closed) begin to create our inner masterpiece by drawing on your paper. When we come out of the meditation that is where the real fun begins!

Taking our outline and letting the creative juices flow! Using markers, paint pens, gel pens, and colored pencils, adding design elements and allowing our masterpiece to become what it is meant to become.

Be Present, Be, Happy

A four-week session moving through the Four Noble Truths and Eightfold path and how to apply them to daily life. What they are, what they mean, and why the Middle Way is a universal path to happiness.

To live in the present moment creating peace and happiness from within.
Bring mindfulness and peace of mind into daily living.

The Four Noble Truths contain the essence of the Buddha's teachings. It was these four principles that the Buddha came to understand during his meditation under the bodhi tree.

The Buddha is often compared to a physician. In the first two Noble Truths, he diagnosed the problem (suffering) and identified its cause. The third Noble Truth is the realization that there is a cure. The fourth Noble Truth, in which the Buddha set out the Eightfold Path, is the prescription, the way to achieve a release from suffering.
