Cave of the Heart Meditation
The sixth limb of ashtanga yoga is Dharana which is concentration, where we send our focus.
Yoga Sutra 1.36 says “Vishoka Va jyotishmati” which tells us to concentrate on the luminous state in the heart which is beyond all sorrow.
There is a space within your heart where everything meets, your mind, senses, and soul. You need to give yourself to your heart, it is your home. When you feel lost come back to your heart.
Join us This New Years Day at 10am for a guided Cave of the Heart meditation, no experience needed. This meditation is free and open to everybody. Once you register you will receive the zoom link for the meditation. Let's start 2021 off right.

Balanced Living is a class that will offer tools for you to use in your daily life. Classes will include discussion, pranayama, Ayurveda, and meditation. This is a beyond the pose class, that will encompass all limbs of yoga. Class topics will be announced in advance.
