Building Resilience is a four-week program of self-care. During the four weeks, we will learn how to carve out a little me-time every day. Small goals with big results. We will meet over Zoom on Sundays at four pm to go over the week's plan and discuss any previous week's questions.
Do you feel burnt out, stressed out, stuck, fatigued, anxious, maybe even a little hopeless. Building resilience will help. The four weeks are filled with tips for your wellness toolbox, meditations, breathwork, yoga practices, and lots of fun.
Once you register, you will be emailed a printable journal to help keep you on track.

Mindful Spring Cleaning
The spring is the season to clean out winter's accumulation of stuff. Time to switch our diets over to eating greens and lighter cleansing foods, easing off on the pizza and wings (not getting rid of them just easing off. you need to have joy in your life). In this two week program, we will use tips from our Ayurveda and yoga toolbox to help clean and rejuvenate our bodies from the long winter.
We will take a quick vikruti test to see what imbalances you may be experiencing so that we can adjust your plan to balance everything out.
