This six-week series will teach you practices that support better sleep and manage stress. It is a progressive series that will help establish better habits for decreasing stress and getting a good night's sleep. Yoga (asana), Breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and lifestyle tools will be used (will be provided with oil(s), tea, tongue cleaner, printable journal/planner).

The goals of this program are 

  1. To support restful sleep.

  2. To support stress management and self-regulation.

  3. To build better lifestyle habits that will bring balance and calm

The program is designed with smart, progressive, accessible goals. This is not a one-size-fits-all program; I will take the program and design it to fit your needs.

You get six 60 minute private sessions if one on one or 60 minute group class (we will meet once a week); during these sessions, we will work on asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation (no experience necessary) that will help calm the mind and soothe the nervous system. And, of course, discuss the upcoming week's goals and how to implement them into your daily life. 

 

Week one: Sleep/wake routine, pause and clear out the gunk.

Week two: Log off, self-care, mindfulness

Week Three: Log off, nighty, night Rasayana, Minimum daily requirement

Week four: Log off, meal regulation, meditation

Week five: Put it down (the phone that is), The nose knows, morning hydration.

Week six: Being here now, putting the practices in motion.
