The Contingency Plan
This is the plan to keep us healthy, strong and keep us moving and grooving as we age. As we age it is important for our exercise and lifestyle practices to adapt to where we are in life. As we age physical movement becomes a little more difficult, keep yourself on the go with smart fitness designed for the mature body. This is the plan to keep us healthy as we age. This plan is also beneficial for injury and/or adaptive yoga and/or exercise (knee/hip replacements, medical conditions, etc.).
For six months, we will meet twice a week for training and check-in. This plan comes with a total of forty-nine (the first appointment is your assessment and is free) thirty-minute personal training sessions. Every six weeks, we will reassess your measurements and testing to track your progress. Fitness testing will vary from person to person and include step test (heart rate), strength, flexibility, and balance testing. We will revisit and repeat these tests every six weeks to track progress.
