Foundations of Meditation. May 7th 9am - 10:30am

Discussion on the how’s and why’s of beginning or continuing a meditation practice. Finding the best place and time to meditate. Building your meditation seat. Exercises in diaphragmatic breathing. To book go to our class schedule page. $35
Better Sleep. May 21st 9am - 10:30am

Better sleep is a workshop full of tip to help you get better sleep. Discussion, along with asana and pranayama practices to calm your nervous system and get a better nights sleep. To book go to our Class Schedule page. $35

Yoga for Runners, Walkers, and Cyclists. June 4th 9am - 10:30am

An asana practice for everything you use when you move. Focusing on using the breath through movement and stillness. A combination of strengthening and stretching to help balance and tone. Yoga for Core Strength. July 2nd 9am - 10:30am

Utilize the muscles of the pelvic floor, glutes, abdomen and low back. To book go to our class schedule page. $35
Being Present. July 16th 9am - 10:30am

The Buddha is often compared to a physician. In the first two Noble Truths, he diagnosed the problem (suffering) and identified its cause. The third Noble Truth is the realization that there is a cure. The fourth Noble Truth, in which the Buddha set out the Eightfold Path, is the prescription, the way to achieve a release from suffering.
In this workshop, we will learn to live in the present moment creating peace and happiness from within.

Restorative Yoga Workshop. August 20th 9am - 10:30am

Warm up with gentle movement then relax with the use of props to support the postures, while gently stretching, relieving, and reviving the body. Restorative yoga is appropriate for all levels of practice. It is great for those who feel great already and can be revitalizing for those who may feel a little run down sometimes. Yoga For Stress Management. September 3rd 9am - 10:30am

We will explore the anatomy of stress and how we can calm and nourish our bodies during times of high stress. Using the model of the mind to help bring us back into balance. Yoga for Your Dosha. September 17th 9am - 10:30am

An Ayurvedic-based workshop where you will learn your constitution (Prakriti) and your current state of balance (Vikriti). Using this information to find yoga poses and variations of yoga poses to best help you maintain your own personal balance. To book go to our class schedule page.
Yoga For Balance. October 15th 9am - 10:30am

Balance isn’t always just standing on one leg, but we are going to do that too! In this grounding workshop, we will work on establishing diaphragmatic breathing.
