Fitness Into The Week/Weekend

Our small-group training combines the energy of a group class with the personalized attention of one-on-one training. Each session uses intervals, circuits, and functional movement to build strength, stamina, and resilience. With only four people per class, you’ll receive individualized support while training in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.

In each session, you’ll:

  • Build strength and cardiovascular endurance.

  • Improve balance, mobility, and core stability.

  • Receive guidance tailored to your goals and needs.
