Satya Yoga began in 2015 with a simple but meaningful mission: to make yoga, wellness, and mindful movement accessible to every body.
We specialize in working with people who feel like they can’t do yoga, because yoga isn’t about flexibility, performance, or perfection. It’s about connection, awareness, healing, and learning to move through life with a little more ease.
Over time, Satya Yoga has grown into a holistic wellness space that blends traditional practices with modern, science-informed approaches. Today, we offer:
• Group Yoga Classes – including Hatha, Hatha Flow, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Rise And Shine Yoga, and more
• Yoga Therapy – one-on-one, IAYT-certified sessions for pain, injury recovery, stress, and overall well-being
• Personal Training – strength, mobility, functional movement, and coaching (nutrition and lifestyle) designed for real life
• Ayurvedic Health Coaching – personalized support for daily routines, nutrition, and balance
Whether you’re just starting out, returning after time away, working with an injury, or looking for a more supportive approach, we meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence and compassion.
We offer both in-person and virtual options to make practice more accessible. What started as a local studio has grown into a wider community—where clients stay connected, even across distance.
Giving back is an important part of who we are. Each holiday season, we adopt a veteran family through WNYHeroes, and throughout the year, we offer donation-based classes and support community initiatives.
