A: Not at all. We’ll start exactly where you are. All sessions are completely tailored to you.
Q: What kinds of sessions do you offer?
A: We offer one-on-one training, semi-private sessions, and Integrated Training (blending yoga, Ayurveda, and fitness).
Q: What if I’ve had past injuries?
A: You’re in the right place. Christine is trained in adaptive fitness, yoga therapy, and orthopedic rehab support.
