Why Train at Satya Yoga?

What’s included

These programs are about more than just the time you spend with me in the studio.

Personalized training

Your plan is built around you, your body, your current ability, your goals, your health history, and your real life.

This is not a generic program pulled off the internet. It is designed specifically for your needs and adjusted as you progress.

Ongoing evaluations

We don’t just set a plan and hope for the best.

Your progress is monitored through regular evaluations so we can adapt as needed, celebrate your growth, and ensure your program continues to serve you well.

Workout plans for off-days

What you do between sessions matters too.

You’ll receive programming for the days you are not in the studio so you can continue moving forward with confidence, even when we are not together in person.

Nutrition coaching

This includes nutrition support and education to help you make healthier choices in a realistic, sustainable way.

This is not a rigid meal plan, nor is it medical nutrition therapy. Meal plans should be created by a Registered Dietitian when appropriate. My role is to help you build healthier habits, improve awareness, and create a more supportive relationship with food and nourishment.

Behavior change coaching

Knowing what to do is one thing. Actually changing patterns is another.

Behavior change coaching helps bridge that gap. Together, we work on the habits, routines, and mindset shifts that support long-term success — not just short bursts of motivation.

Tracking and communication through an online/app system

Clients have access to my system for programming, communication, and progress tracking.

You can also link your fitness tech, which gives me a clearer picture of what you’re doing outside our sessions so I can better support you and help you stay on track.

Accountability

Sometimes the missing piece is not information. It is support. There is something powerful about knowing someone is paying attention, someone is waiting for you, and someone wants to see you succeed. That kind of accountability helps people stay consistent in a way that trying to do everything alone often does not.
