Private Yoga Instruction 30 and 60-minute sessions

Yoga classes are a great way to feel better, become stronger and more flexible, calm the nervous system (anxiety, stress), build lung capacity (breathing), and help with chronic pain. But sometimes, you may need a little more.

    - Rehabbing from an injury

    - Living with/in Chronic pain

    - Need a little guidance or accountability for

      your personal practice.

    - Class times just don't fit into your schedule.

Private sessions are designed around you. Private instruction can help hone in on what is best for you. We are trained to work with many common (and not so common conditions) conditions. If you feel you really can't practice yoga, let's talk and see what we can do for you. 

The aftermath of 2020 has left us all a little weary private instruction can be a great way to get back into your routine or begin a new routine. Sharing sessions with a friend can also make it more enjoyable. 


The class times may not fit your schedule; private sessions may be the answer. You can even pair up with a friend and have a shared (semi-private) yoga session. Price stays the same for one or two people, so having a friend to practice with can be friendlier on your wallet!
