Small Group Personal Training
Small group PT, limited to four people. For four weeks your group will workout and get healthy together. Each session is about forty-five minutes long, warm-up, workout, and cool down. Check below for upcoming sessions.
Small Group Training for January
Group A - Mondays at 11:30am January 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd
Group B - Tuesdays at 5:30pm January 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th
Group C - Saturdays at 12:15pm January 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th
