Cancellation Policy

Registration for Beyond the Poses: Ancient Wisdom for Everyday Life, June 4–6, 2027 is limited to 20 participants. Registration Your space is confirmed once retreat tuition is paid in full. Early Bird: $220 through January 31, 2027 Regular Tuition: $250 beginning February 1, 2027 Retreat tuition covers the Satya Yoga retreat program only. Accommodations and meals are booked and paid for separately through the Himalayan Institute. Cancellations Because space is limited, the following cancellation policy applies: On or before February 28, 2027: Refund less a $40 administrative fee. March 1–April 30, 2027: 50% refund. Beginning May 1, 2027: Retreat tuition is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrival, early departure, missed sessions, or optional activities not attended. Transfers If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person with prior approval from Satya Yoga. Transfers must be completed by May 21, 2027. Accommodations Himalayan Institute accommodations are subject to the Institute’s own booking and cancellation policies. Canceling your Satya Yoga retreat registration does not automatically cancel your accommodations. Participants are responsible for contacting the Himalayan Institute directly regarding lodging changes or cancellations. If the Retreat Is Canceled If Satya Yoga cancels the retreat, retreat tuition paid to Satya Yoga will be refunded. Satya Yoga is not responsible for third-party expenses including accommodations, transportation, travel costs, or optional wellness services. The retreat schedule and individual activities may be adjusted when necessary. Reasonable programming changes do not constitute cancellation of the retreat. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this booking and cancellation policy.
