Pause in the midst of the holiday rush and give yourself the gift of deep rest. This annual two-hour class is designed to help you unwind, restore, and reconnect with yourself during one of the busiest times of the year.
We’ll begin with gentle restorative postures, supported by blankets and bolsters, to release layers of physical and mental tension. This will be followed by a guided Yoga Nidra, an effortless meditation practice that brings the body and mind into a profound state of relaxation.
Whether you need to reset your nervous system, nurture your energy, or take a mindful breath before the new year, this special class offers a sanctuary of stillness and renewal.
All are welcome. No experience is necessary—just come as you are and let the practice take care of the rest.
