Yin to Nidra” gently guides you into Yoga Nidra through a series of long-held, accessible Yin and soft Hatha postures. This practice is designed to unwind the body, calm the nervous system, and prepare you for a rich, restorative guided relaxation.
We begin with supported stretches held for longer, inviting space in the hips, legs, spine, and shoulders. These poses are peaceful, slow, and meditative, helping release tension layer by layer without strain. Once the body settles, we will transition into Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” where you are guided through breath awareness, body scanning, and deep relaxation techniques.
