There is so much conflicting information floating around in the health and wellness world right now that it can be hard to know what actually matters anymore. So I decided to put together something simple, approachable, and helpful. Join me for: Strong by Design An Open Discussion on Women’s Health, Strength Training & Wellness Myths This free community discussion will cover topics like: • Why strength training is especially important for women • metabolism, muscle, and aging • menopause and hormonal changes • Why lifting weights does not make women bulky • how weight loss actually works • recovery, sleep, hydration, and stress • wellness myths and trends flooding social media Most importantly, this is not meant to be a sales pitch or intimidating fitness seminar. Just an open conversation designed to help make sense of all the noise and provide practical, realistic information in a supportive environment. There will also be time for questions and discussion. Whether you are already active, just getting started, or simply curious, you are welcome. I hope you’ll join us!
